I hate it when people call themselves designer and go around telling everyone “lol they’ll be designing that advertisement, they have taken that job and the company approved it, it’s their responsibility”; and then when I check out how it’s going (because I’ll be collecting the finished work), I have to remind them about the bleeds they forgot to add for the magazine.

They also didn’t think about making the image bigger than the printing size.
And after they added the bleeds, I had to explain to them why it could be better for the images they placed right in the corners to have some portions out of the margins.
And why it’s called bleed or margin and how it’s for safety and necessary…

The pain of majoring in design and not having a job even remotely about design; yet being surrounded by people like this is making me feel like jumping down a building.
It’s DOUBLE the hate when they boss me around…

These people are getting paid more than I do.
